What is your landscape process?
expand_more
Our landscape process encompasses several key stages. It begins with an initial site visit to assess the area and its unique characteristics. Following this, we move on to conceptual design, where we outline our creative vision for the project. This design undergoes revision through a range of meetings with our clients to ensure it aligns with their preferences and requirements. Once the design is finalized, we present a project proposal that includes all the details, from materials to timelines. Finally, the installation and construction process begins, where we bring the project to life, carefully executing the plan and transforming the landscape according to the approved design.
Do you do final grade?
expand_more
Yes, we do perform final grading as part of our landscaping services, and this typically occurs before we proceed with the actual landscaping work. Final grading is an essential preliminary step in the landscaping process for new build construction and it creates a stable and even foundation for the landscape design.
Why can’t my landscape start until the rough grade is complete?
expand_more
Without proper grading, issues such as drainage problems, uneven surfaces, and soil erosion can occur, which would negatively impact the success and longevity of the landscape project.
What is a real property report (RPR) and why do I need one for a landscape project?
expand_more
A Real Property Report (RPR) is a legal document that provides an accurate representation of a property's physical boundaries and structures in relation to the property lines. An RPR ensures that your landscaping design is measured with accuracy, material takeoff is done correctly and that your overall project is in compliance with local regulations and property lines.
